For stuffing
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup processed cheese
- 3/4 cup paneer grated
- 1 tbsp Oregano seasoning
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 1 Green chilly chopped
- chaat masala
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
- Fresh Coriander
For dough
- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Black pepper powder

Instructions
- For preparing dough, mix all the ingredients together and with the help of water and prepare a tight dough.
- Keep it aside for 20-25 minutes on rest.
- In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients well for preparing stuffing.
- Make a thin roti from dough and put the stuffing in the center.
- Apply some water on the corners and give the shape of rolls.
- Heat the oil in a kadai.
- Deep fry all the rolls till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
