We use pastry sheets for making puffs and rolls. This gives flaky and crispy texture to our puffs and rolls. It is commonly used on bakery shops. It required lots of butter that help in making this crispy and flaky. It is very easy to make at home and once its done you can keep this in refrigerator for a month or two. See the recipe below

- 200 grams butter
- 250 grams all purpose flour
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- Salt
- water

Instructions
- First mix all purpose flour, vinegar and salt
- With the help of water make a soft dough from it
- Now make a big round and put room tempretured butter on it and fold it from all the four sides
- Again spread it with rolling pin and fold it.
- Keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes again spread it with rolling pin and fold and put this for 20 minutes in refrigerator
- Repeat this process for 3-4 times
- Pastry sheets are ready to make puffs and rolls
