You can not miss this rava or sooji cake. A healthy cake which you can make at your home unlike refined flour cake. Easy and simple to make with all that ingredients which are easily available at home. Butterscotch flavour sooji cake sound really different and awesome in taste. You can also do icing on it. Instructions
  1. First take a large bowl and mix oil and sugar properly till it become creamy.
  2. Add sooji, cornflour, curd and milk.
  3. Mix this all in a same direction with very soft hands.
  4. Add butterscotch balls, essence and rainbow balls.
  5. Grease cake tin with oil and pour the batter.
  6. Bake it for 45 minutes in open vessel.
  7. Let it cook down and demould.
  8. Decorate it according to your choice.
