  1. First dry roast all the whole spices on medium flame for 4-5 minutes
  2. Allow it to cool down
  3. Transfer this in to the jar of mixi and also add dry ginger powder
  4. Churn well and strain this in to strainer
  5. Masala is ready
  6. Keep this in air tight container for longer use
