For sugar syrup
Instructions
  1. First prepare one string sugar syrup by adding all the ingredients.
  2. Churn both urad and moong daal in a mixi by adding only 1-2 spoons water.
  3. Transfer the batter in a bowl and add cornflour.
  4. Beat the batter with your hands for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Fill the batter in a plastic bag and make imartis.
  6. Let it cook on medium flame till crispy and light brown in colour.
  7. Soaked them in to sugar syrup immediately.
  8. Take them out after 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
