  1. First mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and prepare a tight dough.
  2. Grease it with ghee and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Make small balls and with rolling pin make small rounds.
  4. Heat the tawa on very low flame and cook it from both the sides by pressing it with ladle or kitchen towel.
  5. Make it crisp and avoid brown spots on it.
  6. Keep pressing and this procedure will take around 10-12 minutes.
  7. Keep it in air tight container for longer use.
