Ingredients
2
cups
all purpose flour
(maida)
1
cup
Milk
luke warm
1
tbsp
sugar
1
tbsp
active yeast
2
tbsp
oil
1
tsp
Salt
Instructions
First in a bowl take 2-4 tbsp warm milk and mix it with active yeast.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes till yeast get activated.
Once activated take flour and mix all the ingredients one by one and knead a soft dough.
Cover the dough and keep it aside for two hours for fermentation.
After two hours make the dough smooth and divide it in to six equal portion.
Grease the tin and place the dough balls in to it.
Again cover it and keep it aside for one hour.
After that blush some milk on it to make it shiny.
Pre-heat the kadai and place the tin.
Bake it for 30-35 minutes.
After baking apply some butter on it and demould.
Pavs are ready to serve.
