Ingredients

cup
fresh pineapple
1
cup
sugar
1/4
cup
water
1/4
tsp
Pineapple essence
1-2
drops
Yellow food colour
Instructions
Take a jar of blender and churn pineapple and sugar with water.
Make a smooth puree.
Strain this puree with the help of sieve so that it will become smooth.
Add essence and yellow colour and mix.
Cook it in a non stick pan for 10 minutes.
Keep stirring after a minute, so that it won’t stick to the bottom.
Transfer it in a bowl and allows it to cool.
Once it cools down you will see that it thickens more.
Pineapple crush is ready to use.
