  1. For making dough mix all the ingredients
  2. And prepare a soft dough
  3. Allow it for rest for 20-25 minutes
  4. For making stuffing, heat oil and add carrom seeds
  5. Saute onion, green chillies and all the dry spices
  6. Let it cool till this mixture gets dry completely
  7. Now make balls from dough and make a round from rolling pin
  8. Put stuffing and seal it from all the sides
  9. Deep fry in hot oil
  10. Serve hot
