  1. In a non stick pan, heat oil and add all the dry spices and tomato puree.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. Add fresh cream and all the boiled vegetables, capsicum and paneer.
  4. Mix it well and add all the mix dry nuts.
  5. Take a bowl, put a layer of boiled rice.
  6. Put the second layer of all the vegetables which we prepared and cover it with third layer of rice.
  7. On the top, sprinkle fresh coriander, nuts and deep fried onions.
  8. Microwave it for 20-25 mins.
  9. Serve hot.
