Instructions
  1. First keep the amul cream pack in refrigerator for 24-30 hours.
  2. Take the thick and upper layer of cream from the pack in a bowl and discard the water which set in the bottom of the pack.
  3. Place a ice bowl and put the bowl on it.
  4. Beat the cream with electric beater for 5 minutes on high speed.
  5. Add sugar and essence and again beat this for 30-35 minutes until you get soft peaks.
