Very healthy and tasty soya kababs recipe. A perfect and healthy option for breakfast and evening tea. You can also make this a healthy option for kids lunch box. Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks soaked
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 2 tbsp paneer grated
- 1/2 tsp Dry fenugreek
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- green chillies chopped
- Salt
- red chilly powder
- Garam masala
- Coriander powder
- jeera powder
- tandoori masala
- Cornflakes powder

Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except cornflakes powder
- Take a small portion and give a shape of kababs
- Coat this in to cornflakes powder and shallow fry the kababs till golden in colour.
- Serve hot
