Ingredients
For green paste
- 1/2 bowl Fresh Coriander
- 5 green chillies
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/4 piece ginger
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion
For vada
- 2 potato boiled
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilly
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 4 tbsp gram flour
- 1/8 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- In a pan heat oil add cumin and green paste
- Add boiled potato and all spices and cook it for 2-3 minutes and add fresh coriander
- Let it cool down and make vada
- In a separate bowl take gram flour
- with the help of water prepare a thick batter
- Dip vada in to it and deep fry till golden brown
- Take pav and cut this from centre
- On first side apply green chutney and on second side apply tomato sauce and tikha masala
- Put vada in the centre and sprinkle zero no. namkeen
- Serve the vada pav with green chutney.
