Garam masala at home
Simple and easiest way to make garam masala at home. Making garam masala at home is as simple as we can buy it from market. You can make it from the basic ingredients which are easily available at home and you can also store it in air tight container for a longer use. We need garam masala for making most of the dishes. First dry roast all the whole spices on medium flame for 4-5 minutes
Allow it to cool down
Transfer this in to the jar of mixi and also add dry ginger powder
Churn well and strain this in to strainer
Masala is ready
Keep this in air tight container for longer use

20 grams dry ginger powder
5-6 grams green cardamom
25 grams black pepper
30 grams cumin seeds
40 grams black cardamom
40 grams coriander seeds
40 grams cloves
40 grams fennel seeds
Preparation
