Try this imarti at your home. Crispy and juicy imarti made from urad and moong dal. It is an famous indian dessert which use to be made on festivals and weddings. Its taste awesome with spicy moong daal, curd and with rabri. Very tasty and very easy to make. A crispy urad and moong dal dumplings soaked in to sugar syrup. See the recipe below.

- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Few drops rose essence

Instructions
- First prepare one string sugar syrup by adding all the ingredients.
- Churn both urad and moong daal in a mixi by adding only 1-2 spoons water.
- Transfer the batter in a bowl and add cornflour.
- Beat the batter with your hands for 5-6 minutes.
- Fill the batter in a plastic bag and make imartis.
- Let it cook on medium flame till crispy and light brown in colour.
- Soaked them in to sugar syrup immediately.
- Take them out after 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
