For stuffing
- 1-2 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp carrom seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 Green chilly chopped
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Dry fenugreek
- oil

- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt pinch of

Instructions
- For making dough mix all the ingredients
- And prepare a soft dough
- Allow it for rest for 20-25 minutes
- For making stuffing, heat oil and add carrom seeds
- Saute onion, green chillies and all the dry spices
- Let it cool till this mixture gets dry completely
- Now make balls from dough and make a round from rolling pin
- Put stuffing and seal it from all the sides
- Deep fry in hot oil
- Serve hot
