Perfect tomato soup recipe just like market one. Very healthy and creamy. Best for kids and family. A combination of tomato with carrot, onion, ginger and garlic with less spices and sugar just makes its taste yummy. Good to serve in breakfast, lunch and sometimes in dinner. See the recipe below

Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato chopped
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 7-9 garlic cloves
- 1 piece ginger small
- 2-3 cloves
- 2-3 black pepper
- 1 Bay leave
- Salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilly
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- fresh cream

Instructions
- Take a pressure cooker and boil tomato, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper, cloves, bay leave and one small spoon of sugar
- Boil it for 5-7 minutes on medium flame
- After that let it cool down completely and churn this in to blender
- Strain this in to sieve and you will get the smooth paste
- Take butter in to non stick pan and let it melt, add smooth tomato paste to this and mix
- Add salt, sugar, garam masala and tomato sauce.
- Cook it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix cornflour in to 3-4 spoons of water and add this in to soup
- Mix continuously and you will see the consistency of soup become thick.
- Switch off the flame and garnish it with cream and butter
- Serve hot.
