Add tomato puree and sauce and let it cook till it release the oil
Add dry spices and fenugreek
Add fresh cream and cashew paste and mix it
Add water in to it and wait till 3-4 boils

Paneer pieces
Onion puree
Tomato puree
Ginger garlic paste
Fresh coriander
Salt
Red chilly
Garam masala
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Fresh cream
Cashew and raisin paste
Tomato sauce
Bay leave
Cloves
Black pepper
Green and black cardamom
Cinnamon stick
Dry fenugreek
Preparation
First in a pan add oil and all whole dry spices
Saute onion and ginger garlic for few seconds
Add tomato puree and sauce and let it cook till it release the oil
Add dry spices and fenugreek
Add fresh cream and cashew paste and mix it
Add water in to it and wait till 3-4 boils
Add paneer and fresh coriander
Serve hot
