Ingredients
- Boiled vegetables (carrot, peas, corn, potato, cauliflower)
- 1 cup ginger garlic tomato onion paste
- 1 bowl Rice boiled
- All the dry spices as per taste (salt, red chilly, garam masala, coriander powder, dry fenugreek)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 bay leaf
- Cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 2-3 black pepper
- 2-3 Green and black cardamom
- Fresh Coriander
- 1/2 bowl mixed nuts (cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and dry lotus seeds)
- Capsicum chopped
- paneer chopped
- Saffron milk
- 1/2 cup onion deep fried

Instructions
- In a non stick pan, heat oil and add all the dry spices and tomato puree.
- Mix it well.
- Add fresh cream and all the boiled vegetables, capsicum and paneer.
- Mix it well and add all the mix dry nuts.
- Take a bowl, put a layer of boiled rice.
- Put the second layer of all the vegetables which we prepared and cover it with third layer of rice.
- On the top, sprinkle fresh coriander, nuts and deep fried onions.
- Microwave it for 20-25 mins.
- Serve hot.
