Ingredients
- Noodles Boiled
- tomato julienne
- onion julienne
- Capsicum julienne
- Cabbage julienne
- ginger julienne
- Carrot julienne
- Spring onion julienne
- Green chilly chopped
- garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions
- In a non stick pan heat oil and saute ginger, garlic, green chilly and onion.
- Cook it till colour change.
- Now add all the vegetables and salt and black pepper.
- Again cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Add all the sauces and water and cook for couple of more minutes.
- Mix cornflour and water in a separate bowl and put this in to gravy.
- After adding cornflour gravy starts thickens.
- Cook it for a minute and switch off the flame.
- In a kadai heat oil and deep fry boiled noodles till crisp and colour change.
- Take them out on kitchen towel to absorb all the extra oil.
- Serve hot.
