Instructions
  1. In a non stick pan heat oil and saute ginger, garlic, green chilly and onion.
  2. Cook it till colour change.
  3. Now add all the vegetables and salt and black pepper.
  4. Again cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  5. Add all the sauces and water and cook for couple of more minutes.
  6. Mix cornflour and water in a separate bowl and put this in to gravy.
  7. After adding cornflour gravy starts thickens.
  8. Cook it for a minute and switch off the flame.
  9. In a kadai heat oil and deep fry boiled noodles till crisp and colour change.
  10. Take them out on kitchen towel to absorb all the extra oil.
  11. Serve hot.
