Instructions
  1. For preparing dough, mix all the ingredients together and with the help of water and prepare a tight dough.
  2. Keep it aside for 20-25 minutes on rest.
  3. In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients well for preparing stuffing.
  4. Make a thin roti from dough and put the stuffing in the center.
  5. Apply some water on the corners and give the shape of rolls.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  7. Deep fry all the rolls till golden brown and crisp.
  8. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
