Delicious rajma kebabs with cheesy filling of mozzarella cheese. A good option for kids and very easy to make in breakfast too. You can also serve this to your guest if you are organizing any party. A perfect taste of rajma with mozzarella cheese is just yummy. See the recipe below.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rajma boiled
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 tbsp besan
- 1 cup soybean powder
- 1/2 cup Cornflakes powder
- Salt
- Red chilly
- Garam masala
- chaat masala
- Dry fenugreek
- oil
- jeera powder
- dry mango powder

Instructions
- First in a large bowl mix all the ingredients except mozzarella cheese and oil.
- Prepare a dough and make balls out of it
- Make dent in the centre and put mozzarella cheese
- Cover it nicely and coat them all the kebabs in to cornflakes powder
- Shallow fry in to hot oil
- Serve hot
