Eggless butterscotch ice cream recipe
Butterscotch ice cream at home with low fat fresh cream and without condensed milk and ice cream maker. Perfect texture with perfect taste just like market one. Everyone love to eat ice cream and it is very easy to make at home too. In this summer beat the heat with this eggless butter scotch ice cream to keep yourself chilled and refreshing. Instructions
  1. In a large bowl beat the cream for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, essence and yellow food colour.
  3. Again beat this for 7-8 minutes till double in volume.
  4. Add milk and praline and mix it properly.
  5. Transfer this in to air tight container and keep this in refrigerator for 8 hours.
  6. Scoop out the ice cream and serve chilled.
