• 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar powdered
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup curd
• 1/4 cup hot water
• 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup butter melted
• 1/2 tsp chocolate essence

Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 35 minutes Servings Ingredients 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 cup sugar powdered 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup curd 1/4 cup hot water 3 tbsp Cocoa powder 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup butter melted 1/2 tsp chocolate essence

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together till smooth
2. Add chocolate essence, baking powder and baking soda and curd
3. Mix it and add half of the flour and milk
4. Mix it in a same direction
5. Add remaining milk, flour and cocoa powder
6. In last add hot water and mix it properly
7. Grease cake tin with butter and pour the batter
8. Bake it at 180•c for 35 minutes
9. Let it cool down completely and demould
10. Serve it
