Ingredients

• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• 1/4 cup hung curd
• 1/2 cup fresh strawberries chopped
• 3 tablespoon Milk
• 1 tbsp gelatin soaked in warm water
• Few drops vanilla or strawberry essence
• strawberry flavour biscuits crushed

Instructions

1. In a jar of blender churn all the ingredients except biscuits.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass
3. Keep it in the refrigerator for two to three hours or till sets properly.
4. Garnish it with the crushed strawberry biscuits and fresh strawberries
5. Serve chilled
