Eggless Vanilla & chocolate pudding recipe

Quick and easy pudding recipe. It will take only five minutes to make with some eggless chocolate and vanilla sponge cake layer and a layer of custard and whipping cream. Perfect for any party as this taste awesome and yummy. Everyone loves to eat this specially kids. A layer of fruits in between put the additional and crunchy taste to it. A perfect dessert or sweet dish for festivals too. See the detailed recipe below.

Ingredients

• 1 eggless chocolate cake
• 1 eggless vanilla sponge cake
• 1 cup Custard thick
• 1 cup mixed fruits finely chopped (Apple, Banana, Pear, Grapes, Pineapple)
• 2 tbsp tutty fruity
• 1 tbsp Cashew nuts
• 5-7 pieces Chocolate
• whipping cream

For garnishing

• Cocoa powder
• Strawberry syrup
• Chocolate vermicelli
• Strawberry cigars

Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 10 minutes Servings Ingredients 1 eggless chocolate cake 1 eggless vanilla sponge cake 1 cup Custard thick 1 cup mixed fruits finely chopped (Apple, Banana, Pear, Grapes, Pineapple) 2 tbsp tutty fruity 1 tbsp Cashew nuts 5-7 pieces Chocolate whipping cream For garnishing Cocoa powder Strawberry syrup Chocolate vermicelli Strawberry cigars

Instructions

1. Take serving bowl in which you want to serve the pudding
2. Place first layer of chocolate cake crumbs
3. Put second layer of custard and on it put some chocolate pieces
4. Put third layer of vanilla cake crumbs and make it even with your hands
5. Put another layer of mixed fruits on it
6. In last set a layer of whipping cream on it
7. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on whipping cream.
8. Garnish it with cashew nuts, chocolate vermicelli, tutty fruity, strawberry syrup and cigars.
9. Keep this in refrigerator to set for sometime
10. Serve chilled.
