Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-2 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
- water
For litti suffing
- 1-2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp besan
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- ginger chopped
- green chillies chopped
- Fresh Coriander
- Salt
- Red chilly
- Garam masala
For making chokha
- 1 eggplant roasted
- 2-3 tomato roasted
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 potato boiled
- garlic chopped
- ginger chopped
- green chillies chopped
- Fresh Coriander
- Salt
- Red chilly
- Garam masala
- Turmeric
- cumin seeds
- asafoetida

Instructions
- For making litti, first prepare a dough by adding water
- Prepare a soft dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes
- For making stuffing, heat the ghee and roast besan in to it till colour change
- Saute ginger, garlic and green chillies till golden brown
- Add all dry spices, coriander and lime juice
- Mix well and cool down completely
- Now make balls from dough and fill the stuffing
- Shallow fry in to refined oil till golden brown
- For making chokha, mash roasted eggplant, tomato and potato
- Heat mustard oil add cumin seeds and asafoetida
- Saute ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion for a minute
- Add all roasted vegetables and spices
- Mix it and let it cook for few minutes
- Add fresh coriander and lime juice
- Mix it
- Serve this hot with litti
