Ingredients
- 1 potato large, boiled, chopped into pieces
- 1 onion large, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 bowl paneer grated
- 1 tbsp chilli paste
- 1/2 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp butter
- Fresh Coriander
- 1/4 cup fresh cream

Instructions
- Heat oil in non stick pan.
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Add butter, salt and coriander powder.
- Add tomato puree and vinegar.
- Mix well.
- Add potato and paneer, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add around 1 tbsp of water and cook it.
- Add chilli paste mix it.
- Lastly add cream and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
