Try this healthy recipe made from rajma or kidney beans that is rajma kathi rolls. A spicy rajma stuffing rolls in to tortilla sheets. A perfect option for your breakfast and a tea time snack. Sometimes you can pack this in your kids lunch box. Easy to hold and quick to bite. See the recipe below.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rajma boiled
- 1 Green chilly chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Fresh Coriander
- 1-2 tbsp onion chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2-3 tortilla sheets
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Capsicum julienne
- 1 tbsp Cabbage julienne
- 1 tbsp tomato julienne
- 1 tbsp onion julienne
- 1 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp chilly flakes

Instructions
- Take a non stick pan and heat the oil
- Once the oil is hot sauce onion and ginger garlic paste till colour change.
- Add boiled rajma and all the dry spices
- Mix it well and add green chilly and fresh coriander.
- Allow it to cook on a high flame for a minute.
- After that allow it to cool down.
- In a another bowl add chopped vegetables julienne, mozzarella, oregano, chilly flakes and salt and mix well.
- Take tortilla sheet and apply tomato sauce and put vegetables stuffing.
- On it put rajma stuffing also and roll it properly.
- Rajma kathi rolls are ready to serve.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
