Very spicy and delicious vegetable manchurian with gravy. It is a Chinese cuisine and you can serve this with fried rice and noodles. Finely chopped vegetables deep fried dumpling dipped in to Chinese sauces taste awesome. Very easy and delicious to eat. See the recipe below.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp Spring onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp Cabbage chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Red chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp Green chilly sauce or as per taste
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Green chilly chopped
- oil for frying

Instructions
- First in a large bowl take onion, capsicum, carrot , spring onion, cabbage and ginger garlic paste
- Add salt and black pepper
- Add cornflour and make a dough
- Make balls and deep fry it till golden brown
- In a pan take oil and saute chopped garlic, ginger, green chilly, cabbage, capsicum, carrot for 1-2 minutes
- Add water, salt, black pepper and all the sauces
- Wait for 2-3 minutes and add manchurian balls
- Cook it and mix cornflour in to water and add this in to it to thicken up the gravy
- Cook it for 1-2 minutes
- Garnish it with cabbage juliennes and spring onion
- Serve hot
