Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat oil and saute carom and mustard seeds
  2. Add curry leaves, tomato and onion
  3. Saute it for 1-3 minutes
  4. Add spices and arbi and cook it on high flame for 3-4 minutes
  5. Sprinkle coriander and lime juice
  6. Mix it and serve hot

  • Boiled arbi
  • Carom seeds
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lime juice
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato

Preparation

  • In a pan heat oil and saute carom and mustard seeds
  • Add curry leaves, tomato and onion
  • Saute it for 1-3 minutes
  • Add spices and arbi and cook it on high flame for 3-4 minutes
