- In a pan, heat oil and saute carom and mustard seeds
- Add curry leaves, tomato and onion
- Saute it for 1-3 minutes
- Add spices and arbi and cook it on high flame for 3-4 minutes
- Sprinkle coriander and lime juice
- Mix it and serve hot
