Palak paneer
A very healthy recipe of palak paneer. It goes very well with rice and chapati. Perfect option for lunch and dinner. Instructions
  1. In a hot oil, add cumin seeds and all the whole spices
  2. Saute it for few seconds and wait till crackle.
  3. Add onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste, cook it for a minute.
  4. Add all the dry spices and cook it till gravy leaves the oil
  5. After that add curd and cream and mix it continuously
  6. Add spinach puree and paneer pieces
  7. Cover it with lid for 2-3 minutes on low flame
  8. Garnish it with fresh cream and tomato ring.
  9. Serve hot
