- 200 gram gram flour (besan)
- 200 gram boora cheeni (tagaar)
- 100 gram Ghee
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Few drops kesar essence
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 6-7 saffron threads
- Pistachio chopped

Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a nonstick pan on low flame
- Cook besan in to it for 5 minutes.
- Now add milk and saffron essence and again roast it for 10 more minutes on low flame
- After that transfer this in a bowl and let it cool down.
- Add boora chini and cardamom powder and make laddu's from it.
- Garnish it with pistachio and saffron threads.
- Serve it
