- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1.5 cup water
- Orange red colour
- oil

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Cardamom powder
- Tartaric acid pinch of
- Few drops rose essence

Instructions
- In a pan, mix all the ingredients and make one thread sugar syrup
- Now in a large bowl mix water and gram flour
- Prepare a lump free batter and add orange red colour
- Make boondi out of it and let it cool down
- Soak boondi in to sugar syrup and leave it for an hour
- After that make laddus and garnish it with pistachio
- Serve it
