For rabri
- Milk
- sugar
- Cardamom powder
- Kesar threads
- rose essence
- Yellow food colour optional
- Almond chopped
- Pistachio chopped
- Cashew nuts chopped
For pieces
- 8 bread crumbs
- Milk
- 2 tsp powder sugar
- paneer grated
- Cardamom essence
- Dry fruits

Instructions
- Take a pan and mix all the ingredients for preparing rabri.
- Cook it on medium flame for 8-10 minutes till little thickens.
- For making pieces take bread crumbs in a bowl and add milk as required.
- Make very soft dough and take small portions from it.
- In paneer add sugar, essence and dry fruits and mix.
- Put this stuffing in the center and seal it properly.
- Dip these pieces in to rabdi and cover it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
- Allow it to cool down and serve chilled.
