Chapati noodles recipe. Noodles are loved by all and when we listen the noodles then the first thing comes in mind wow. Try this chapati noodles which is a quick and easy option to make. Chapati noodles are something different which you can serve in your breakfast and kids lunch box. A recipe made from chapati and well tossed with soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Unlike noodles this chapati noodles are healthy to eat and kids gonna love it.

Ingredients
- 3 chapatis
- 1/4 cup onion julienne
- 1/4 cup tomato julienne
- 1/4 cup Capsicum julienne
- 1/4 cup Cabbage julienne
- 1 tbsp Spring onion cut in to long
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilly sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Green chilly sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce

Instructions
- First heat the oil in a nonstick pan and saute all the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
- Once the vegetables become soft add all the sauces, salt and black pepper.
- Mix it properly and add chapatis cut in to long.
- Toss it with very light hands otherwise it will become soggy.
- Take them out from the pan and garnish it with spring onion.
- Serve hot.
