A very healthy and tasty cheesy spinach toast with garlic a flavour. Perfect for breakfast and tea time snack. This is a non fried recipe for all the healthy food lovers. - 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds roasted
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- Salt pinch of
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- Red chilly pinch of

Instructions
- Roast the bread and cut in to four pieces
- In a large bowl mix spinach, sesame, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly, black pepper and mozzarella
- Put the filling on bread pieces and sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese on it
- Cook it in oven for 1-2 minutes till cheese melts
- Sprinkle chat masala and sesame
- Serve hot
