In this rainy weather, apart from potato onion pakodas, try this stuffed sooji kachori. Perfect cheesy from inside with full of cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese and crunchy from outside with the layer of deep fried sooji. Very crispy and crunchy recipe which you can enjoy with tea and coffee and goes well tomato ketchup and green chutney. Good to be served as a starter in parties and kids loved it. - In a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Add sooji and water and keep stirring till it gets thick and allow it to cool down
- Mix paneer, cheese, coriander and chillies
- Add salt, garam masala, coriander powder, chat masala and prepare stuffing.
- Take a piece from sooji and spread it on palm and put stuffing in between
- Deep fry till golden brown in colour
- Serve hot with chutney and ketchup
