Dabeli is very famous street food of mumbai which taste extremely awesome. Combination of tomato garlic, tamarind, mint coriander chutneys and spicy potato mixture makes it super delicious. Instructions
  1. In a pan heat butter and add potato, tomato, ginger garlic paste and tamarind chutney
  2. Mix it well and transfer this in to big bowl
  3. On this mixture first put a layer of onion then fresh coconut, peanuts, coriander, namkeen and pomegranate seeds and press it with spoon
  4. Cut pav from the centre and on one side apply ginger garlic chutney and on another side apply green chutney
  5. Put stuffing in between and roast this with butter on tawa from both the sides
  6. Serve hot

  • Boiled potato
  • Chopped tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Green chutney
  • Tomato garlic chutney
  • Grated fresh coconut
  • Chopped onion
  • Roasted crushed peanuts
  • Fresh coriander
  • Zero no. Namkeen
  • Pav
  • Pomegranate seeds

Preparation

  • In a pan heat butter and add potato, tomato, ginger garlic paste and tamarind chutney
  • Mix it well and transfer this in to big bowl
  • On this mixture first put a layer of onion than fresh coconut, peanuts, coriander, namkeen and pomegranate seeds and press it with spoon
