Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients
  2. Add water and prepare a dough
  3. Allow it to rest for half an hour
  4. Make poori with rolling pin by dusting it with dry flour
  5. Deep fry into hot oil
  6. Serve hot

  • 1 cup multi grain wheat flour
  • 1 cup daliya
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Fresh coriander
  • Carom seeds
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Garam masala
  • Dry mango powder
  • Cumin powder

Preparation

  • In a large bowl mix all the ingredients
  • Add water and prepare a dough
  • Allow it to rest for half an hour
  • Make poori with rolling pin by dusting it with dry flour
  • Deep fry into hot oil
  • Serve hot
