Eggless banana and coconut cupcake
Try this steam cooked egg less banana and coconut cupcake with chocolate sauce. Now you can easily make cupcakes at home without oven. No all purpose flour, indeed healthy sweet dish to make at home. eggless banana and coconut cupcake
Instructions
  1. First in a pan, boil milk and coconut
  2. Add sugar and cook it till 3-4 boils
  3. Take half of the mixture and cool down
  4. In half of the mixture, add cocoa powder and chocolate and cook it till its gets thick
  5. Now in a bowl mash banana and add condensed milk and mix it
  6. Add flour, half of the chilled coconut and milk mixture and add pinch of salt
  7. Grease cupcake mould and pour the mixture
  8. Tap it and steam cook just like idlies for 6-7 minutes
  9. Check it with knife, if its come out clear, they are ready
  10. Serve this with chocolate sauce mixture

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • One banana
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation

  • First in a pan boil milk and coconut
  • Add sugar and cook it till 3-4 boils
  • Take half of the mixture and cool down
  • In half of the mixture add cocoa powder and chocolate and cook it till its gets thick
  • Now in a bowl mash banana and add condensed milkand mix it
  • Add flour and half of the chilled coconut and milk mixture and add pinch of salt
  • Grease cupcake mould and pour the mixture
  • Tap it and steam cook just like idlies for 6-7 minutes
  • Check it with knife if its come out clear, they are ready
  • Serve this with chocolate sauce mixture
