The combination of coffee and chocolate simply sounds yummy and its really taste heavenly. Here is the recipe for making simple eggless chocolate biscuit and coffee cup cakes. Perfect moist and soft. A crunch of crushed biscuits with coffee flavour taste awesome. You can prepare it with very less ingredients and with in very less time too. Perfect for parties and for any occasion. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar or as per taste
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 4 Chocolate biscuits crushed
- 1/2 tbsp Coffee powder
- Few drops Vanilla essence optional

Instructions
- In a bowl mix oil and sugar together till its get creamy and soft.
- Add flour, baking powder and soda.
- Mix it properly.
- In a separate bowl mix coffee powder with hot water and pour this in to flour mixture.
- Mix it and add more hot water in to the flour to make a ribbon consistency batter.
- Add biscuits and vanilla and mix it.
- Grease muffin moulds with oil and pour the batter.
- Make it at 180•c for 15 minutes.
- Demould it and decorate it with your choice of icing.
