Handwa is a Gujarati cuisine. Authentically it is made from the combination of many pulses but it is a lengthy and time taking process. Here, in this recipe i am using sooji or semolina to make instant handwa by adding many vegetables and peanut. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup semolina (sooji)
- 1/2 cup curd
- Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- Carrot chopped
- Capsicum
- onion
- green chillies
- Salt
- Garam masala
- red chilly powder
- baking soda

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with the help of water except mustard seeds and curry leaves
- In a kadhai, add oil and once it is hot add mustard seed and curry leaves
- Pour the mixture and cover it with lid for 7-8 minutes on low flame
- Put a plate on kadhai and flip the handwa on it
- Cut in to pieces and serve hot
