Very healthy pizza made from besan/gram flour without oven. This is completely made from gram flour not from all purpose flour. Everyone loves pizza and mostly kids. Make this healthy pizza at your home for your kids. Thin crust base of gram flour with the topping of chopped vegetables of your choice and mozzarella cheese makes it more tastier. - 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 pack fruit salt (eno)
- Salt
- red chilly powder
- Turmeric powder
- Garam masala
- onion rings
- Capsicum rings
- tomato rings
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- oregano
- chilly flakes
- Tomato ketchup

Instructions
- First in a bowl prepare a thick batter from besan by adding water.
- Add salt, red chilly, garam masala, turmeric powder and fruit salt
- Mix quickly and on greased tawa, pour this and make it as thick as pizza base
- Cover the lid on low flame for 5-6 minutes
- After this turn the side and on top side spread tomato ketchup and mozzarella cheese
- Put all vegetables and sprinkle seasoning
- Again layered it with mozzarella and cover it with lid for 5-6 more minutes
- Serve hot
