Instructions
  1. First churn all the roasted ingredient with water in mixi
  2. Into this mixture add all dry spices and coriander and curry leaves
  3. In hot oil, add mustard and cumin seeds
  4. In this paste and red chilly, turmeric and garam masala
  5. Cover it with lid and cook it on medium flame for 8-10 minutes
  6. Add lime juice, tomato and brinjals and mix
  7. Add fresh coriander and cook it on high flame for 1-2 minutes
  8. Serve hot

  • Tomato chopped
  • Fresh coriander
  • Mustard seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Red chilly
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Lime juice
  • Deep fried eggplants/brinjals
