Ingredients

• 1 cup blanched and skin removed tomato
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon chilly flakes
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1/ teaspoon mix herbs
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon parsley
• 1 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

• In Olive Oil, add tomato and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes
• Add all the dry spices and cook it till it gets dry completely
• Add tomato sauce in last and mix it and cook it for 1-2 more minutes
