A good use of leftover paratha in this healthy recipe. At time when you feel to munch something, this is the best option. Very spicy with lots if namkeen and veggies. You can make this from fresh paratha too. A good option for kids lunch box so they can eat paratha easily and you can make this in breakfast, lunch and even in dinner. - leftover paratha
- onion chopped
- Capsicum chopped
- Fresh Coriander chopped
- Carrot chopped
- tomato chopped
- Tomato ketchup
- Salt
- Red chilly
- Garam masala
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- cumin seeds
- Namkeen
- Biscuits sweet and salty

Instructions
- First in to hot oil, saute cumin and all vegetables
- After one minute add all spices and tomato ketchup
- Mix it and add very less water
- Add paratha and fresh coriander and cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes
- Last add namkeen and biscuits
- Serve hot and immediately
