Very spicy and tasty masala pav recipe is here. It is a famous street food from mumbai. Very easy and quick to make and this taste really awesome. A perfect option for all street food lovers. Soft pav is well coated with pav bhaji masala and red chilly paste and also tossed with lots of butter and vegetables makes it very yummy. Instructions
  1. First in butter, saute all vegetables and ginger garlic paste for a minute.
  2. Now add all spices and red chilly paste and cook it on high flame
  3. Add little water and cover it with lid for 4-5 minutes
  4. Add pav pieces and mix it properly.
  5. Add fresh coriander
  6. Garnish it with chopped onion, cabbage and zero no. namkeen
  7. Serve hot.

  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chilly paste
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilly
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Fresh coriander
  • Butter

Preparation

  • First in butter saute all vegetables and ginger garlic paste for a minute.
  • Now add all spices and red chilly paste and cook it on high flame
  • Add little water and cover it with lid for 4-5 minutes
