- Noodles boiled
- Capsicum boiled
- Carrot boiled
- potato mashed, boiled
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- Salt
- Garam masala
- Coriander powder
- dry mango powder
- Cabbage grated
- Fresh Coriander
- green chillies chopped

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and give the shape of cutlets
- Cover the cutlets with boiled noodles
- Deep fry till golden brown and crisp
- Serve hot
