  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make it thick and dry
  2. Grease your hand with oil and make cutlets
  3. Shallow fry from both the side on tawa
  4. Serve hot

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl oats soaked
  • Chopped spinach/palak
  • Chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chilly powder
  • Maggie masala powder
  • 2-3 bread slices

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make it thick and dry
  • Grease your hand with oil and make cutlets
  • Shallow fry from both the side on tawa
  • Serve hot
